Hi everyone,

We're thrilled to announce that Usine Hollyhock 7 (HH7) is now officially available as a public BETA, and we want to say it loud and clear:

HH7 Beta is completely FREE to download and use.

That's right — no license key, no time limit, no watermark, no crippled features. The full HH7 experience is open to everyone during the beta. Whether you're a long-time Hollyhock user, a curious newcomer, an artist, a VJ, an installation builder, a teacher or a student — you can grab it, run it, and create with it for free.

We've been working on this release for a long time, and we can't wait for you to get your hands on it.

What's new in HH7?

HH7 is the biggest leap forward in the history of Usine. Here are some of the highlights:

see https://www.brainmodular.com/manuals/hh ... new-in-hh7

- ➡️ A huge collection of new modules — audio (new filters, reverbs, pitch shifter, tape echo, ring modulator…), MIDI, video, data generators (Euclidean rhythms, Turing machine, chaos generators…), color tools, audio analysis, and much more.
- ➡️ A refreshed user interface — lighter, more colorful, more intuitive, and easier to read than ever.
- ➡️ Remote control over the Internet — control Usine from anywhere, with new networking and remote-access tools.

…and literally hundreds of smaller improvements across the whole application.

How you can help

Since this is a beta your feedback is incredibly valuable. Please:

- ➡️ Download it, build patches, and push it hard.
- ➡️ Report any bugs, glitches or weird behavior at support@brainmodular.com.
- ➡️ Share your ideas, suggestions and feature requests https://www.brainmodular.com/forums/ .
- ➡️ Show us what you create!

➡️ Download HH7 Beta for free from the official Usine website and start creating today. https://www.brainmodular.com/usine.php

Thank you all for your continued support over the years — it means the world to us. HH7 is for you, and we're genuinely excited to see what this community will build with it.

Since few days, Windows Defender prevent Usine to launch when Usine is lauch for the first time on a computer.

To be able to launch Usine properly, this is what you should do :

go to the "bin" folder in the "Usine Win 6.0.250506" folder

then click on "usine.exe" : Usine should launch, after Windows has asked few questions...

then Usine will launch normally from the other "usine.exe" that is on the root of the "Usine Win 6.0.250506" folder as usual.

Off course this is a temporary solution, Senso will soon put another distribution online.

cheers

Olivar

All the BrainModular and BeSpline team is glad to wish you a great new year.

2025 is the square of 45, it hasn't appeared since 1936 and won't appeared until 2116. So, only one time in our life.
And 45 is 20 + 25 !!!
1+3+5+7+...+89=2025
And the Nicomaque theorem:
2025 = (1+2+3+...+9)² = 1³+ 2³ + 3³ + ... + 9³

2025 is a math year, numbers everywhere.

It seems to be a good year then. And we hope it will be the same for all of you with great successes around Usine.

j'utilise la liaison FireWire800 de la fireface directement dans l'ordi qui a une connexion FW800 donc pas d'adaptateur susceptible de perturber la liaison.
peut être que c'est ailleurs?

FletcherMachine ORG.png

Dear all,

At BrainModular-BeSpline-Adamson, we are pleased to announce the release of FletcherMachine version 2, our spatial audio mixing solution.

Introduced in 2022, the powerful FletcherMachine object-based immersive mixing solution has established a loyal following thanks to its unparalleled audio quality, the intuitive user interface, and integrated reverberation and trajectory engines. Version 2 continues to build on this no compromise approach with ample new features, further enhancing the capabilities and workflow of the system.

The Adamson Fletcher Machine consists of an audio processor, the core engine, that is remotely controlled by a software, the remote.
The core engine comes in two hardware versions and a software version, the virtual FletcherMachine, or vFM.

Surprisingly complete, versatile and easy-to-use, this tool marks a major milestone in the history of Usine and proves the strength and solidity of the framework.

2025 = (1+2+3+...+9)² = 1³+ 2³ + 3³ + ... + 9³

2025 is a math year, numbers everywhere.

It seems to be a good year then. And we hope it will be the same for all of you with great successes around Usine.

The team
