You'll have to enable inputs and outputs in asio4all as well as in Usine. Go to File/Setup, and in the asio section choose asio4all as the device, click the panel button to get to the asio4all setup to enable/disable in-/outputs, and then activate those in Usine (and name them if you want).

I've had no trouble using asio4all together with Usine, and for me it has worked fine both with my M-Audio Ozonic and the built-in soundcard.

A little tip: in Usine, the available in-/outputs can be placed at will. The default behaviour is of course that eg. "In 1" is the two first inputs from the driver, and "Out 2" is outputs no 3&4, etc. If you - like me - have mono sources connected, choose the same input for both L and R of the pair.

Hope this might have been of some help. Without any more technical details and/or descriptions of what you've done, it's hard to be more specific.
