Actually no way. I can't find a good solution except to create a new 'monitor volume' fader on each track (in an out) which is maybe to heavy? The other solution is to create a patch with 'additional inputs modules' and make you mix your self.
Actually I like the idea of a monitor volume fader! what do you mean with "heavy"? CPU heavy?
