I don't have problems reversing faders, though. My issue was addressing reversed faders via IML.

I figured that one out also (well, Bsork did most of the work!) and will post it, although it is quite a complicated solution.

Fader with min 0 and max 100 goes to an (A-B) module where you set A=100 and B the input of your fader.
Is that what you want ?
