I have all the informations that allow me to purchase a copy of Usine thinking it is fitting all the mandatory features I need to re-create my working/play space.
I will certainly have more questions to ask in the future and the quality of feedback I got from this list are a very important plus to convince me I am taking the right choice.

yes the preset manager can recall every single parameter of a patch and sub patch , including all vst parameters without audio engine to stop.
it recalls 'parameters' without having to 'reload' stuff like vst. so if you have a static set of tracks, patchs or vsts yes you can make
X scenes using presets managers or conductor to recall every parameters you tweaked (and it stores/recall all, not only tweaked).
You can also choose to save only a set of parameters or to not save them. and there are even more complex possible setups that can dinamycally load and insert patch or vsts, with a tiny latency but not stoping audio engine neither.
in fact you do pretty what you want.

yes if you have a preset manager module for each vst/vsti and if the presets you want load is in the same bank , will work for most of vst/vsti ( i know that some of vsti like kontakt can be not easy to manage because of the way they use bank and presets )again, yes if the presets you want load is in the same bank , and if your vst/vsti is not too much cpu hungryThis preset manager recalls these tweaks and vsts' presets without stopping the engine and reloading the vsts, right ?

but this, you can test it with the free version anyway , the preset manager is the same, the only difference is the conductor

About specific routings , not easy to answer , at first yes you can , but depending of what you call specific , the numbers of tracks used , and of course cpu and memory problems..could be of course more easy with free memory and cpu..
if you want recall different vst/vsti in a track/preset you can use the load patch module , linked to a specific number of the preset manager or the conductor
remember also that the preset manager can memorize all the tweaks you do on a vst/vsti , the conductor can also but only the parameters who have a knob , fader or every Usine modules linked
about recall presets by midi, no problems

Before posting I had read those pages already but I wanted to be sure about a few things as I don't have the chance to test them on the free edition:
In the specific my questions 2 and 3 don't look to be covered anywhere.
About having the chance to recall scenes via midi I didn't find it there but I have seen it covered on other threads, so I assume it is possible.

of,course you can't test right now because you don't have access to the conductor with the free version but , you can have an idea of the possibilities..

After having tried and used Usine the first time in 2006/7 I am back testing it since a full month now.
I am coming from several years of Audiomulch use.
Back to the topic: I need to be able to recall individual scenes via midi footcontrollers and have the ability to do the following things on which I would love to get your feedback:
1-save and recall scenes in which all the parameters of a scene are stored. For this I mean all the Vsts' parameters and presets plus the routing flow in Usine ( aux sends, volumes and so on);
2-recall specific routings without having the audio engine to stop ( in the eventuality I have loops playing);
3-scenes shouldn't reload vsts when recalled, just changing their parameters and presets;
4-eventually exclude certain parameters from being saved and controlled by scene changes.
I would need to have an example of the workflow this to allow me to understand and evaluate if Usine can be the right platform for my use.
I know it can do an amazing lot more than this and that for many of you audio gurus this is an uninteresting application but this is what I need and, after having tested so many others and found their limitations at these regards, I would really like to save me from diving more than I have already done in testing and reading and checking and so on.
I would really like to go back playing
