yes but it's not a VST, it's like in Usine: you can change the tempo within a patch!In the case of ableton i think that is possible to put a VST in a Max4Live "shell" and then receive the tempo info from the VST and translate it for ableton using the verious Max4Live<->Ableton Live intercommunication techniques.
