Try this : use a fresh install of Usine, unpack all the synthesis pack and choose this dir as library path in your setup ( don't change anything more) and check if it' work for you .

Synthesis pack v2.0 is a pack of patches with plugins inside made with synthmaker and Synthedit . Some new layouts and some littles modifications for this new version. on/off button for each patches midi/drone option for some of them
You’ll find 2 types of patches : Oscillators ( OSC ), some basic vsti synthesizers ( SYN ) and an overview workspace to open all of them at once
