...and you can activate the record button in the dashboard and choose to record inputs, outputs and/or channels.
Use this if you want to record work session, not for in the fly process. I do it all the time, it's a good exercise.

those small arrows in the upper part of the interface make tricks to me :)

In the sampler and grainsampler modules, down the visual interface (you have to click on the arrows in the upper part of the interface) you'll find a fader to set the "max recording time" of the sampler.
By default it's set up to 15 sec (for RAM saving reasons), but you can set it up to 600 sec.

I didn't find how to record more than a minute and a few seconds with a sampler.
