there 's a metronome patch in the Usine library, I suppose you've found it, then you can use the quantize record option of the piano roll or create a patch with logic modules and counters to suit your needs?

Actually no

you can save your sequences as midifiles then drag & drop them directly on the sequencer . Of course if you create complex patch with the piano roll, you can also save the patch and drag & drop it on the sequencer too.

note: for a futur post, prefer the patching forum for this type of questions ;)

Now a few more questions;

1. Say I want to record my vst is there a way for the metronome to click on bar before recording starts?
2. Is there a way for the piano roll to automatically scroll when its playing?
3. How do I move sequences from the piano roll to the sequencer?

I bought Usine a long while back and am only now really getting into it.
