I disabled the section quantize and it seemed to do quite alright. In my case they jumped their sections completely in sync where specified.
You could probably just do the same thing for goto section and quantize it.

I created a Control Panel I place in the header for the Grid that I use for custom options. You might be able to just trigger the previous and positional to do your section jumps.

nice to have features - more options in loop setting, like - previous section, jump to section....
