I've actually never noticed this, but yes, click doesn't work if you don't move the cursor from the spot of previous click. This has probably been mentioned before somewhere (though i can't find), but I find it extremely frustrating that just about everywhere in HH, if you click anything, for instance a setting like a checkbox or a patch enable button, you have to mouse away from it and back before you can click it again.  Why is this? it's unlike any other software ever that I've seen.
