Not so easy to synchronize two modules which don't deal with the same timestamp. One refers to is own time, in ms, the others to beat clock.

If you plug the sampler pos*duration/1000 to ppQpos, your pianoroll will play at tempo 60 but following the sample.

So, if your samples have a length which is exactly a mult of the tempo, you probably can adapt something with some simple maths. Otherwise, it would be difficult.
