Anyway, thanks!

In fact, since my IB is the precise size of my screen, when I open the menu it's impossible to 'show in patch' controls on the right side of the IB as they are moved offscreen. And I don't want a scrollbar, as that blocks other controls.

Breakpoint acts as in a classical coding environment. It is very powerful as you can show multiple wires or modules. I was able to correct bugs I can't before this feature.

Also, I see a 'breakpoint' switch here. Is this in the manual yet? I'll have to look.

EDIT: Very clever to use the caption value as a monitor. A trick I will use many times, I'm sure! Thanks!!!

Again, many new tricks are going to be provide with the next major release to simplify patching and monitoring of value everywhere in the workspace.
Third point : also a good suggestion.

Then you could monitor a value directly in the patching window. Of course there may be a reason this is impractical from a coding standpoint....
While I'm on the parameters window, I'll request a 'show in patch' button again. This is the only reason I need to open the context menu from the IB-- it's is closed in normal use.... And then of course when the menu opens, I have to reselect the item I want to show, because now the menu shows the context menu for the 'show menu' button! AAAK! So it's typically a 4 step procedure. It would be so convenient to have it there in parameters. A dedicated button next to the pin would be nice, or it could be the first menu item in 'location'.
