for your sync question, it depends what you really want to do :

if all your loops are the same tempo, basic samplers set to "cycle" loop mode and master tempo set to the same value should do.

if loops are different tempo, you'll need "grain samplers", compute speed based on secondary sample duration / primary sample duration and drive the "speed" of the secondary sampler. also use the restart output of the primary sampler to restart the secondary sampler
