It is NOT a ghost.
But it is unnecessary - and very bothering - to send it as long as the synchronisation is of.
Only one cc123 should be fine?

midi file is drop in the sequencer (UsineProStandAlone3.63c).
oups ... I was talking about the 'midi file player' sorry. Sometime Usine is so big that I lost myself...
I'll take a look on the CC ghost problem.

The 'seq midi' module is only maintained for backward compatibility. Use the Piano roll instead.
The CC123 is 'all not off'.
Thanks Olivier.
OK, but the 'Seq midi' automaticly comes up when a midi file is drop in the sequencer (UsineProStandAlone3.63c).

PS : Yes, I now well know what cc123 is!

ok , i've test your way : insert a midifile in the sequencer , add a midi in module...no problem
maybe check the midifile itself...? or try with an other midifile..?
The same for all of them. I made them: there is no cc123 in the CC I use!
I think it just comes when Sync is OFF, I'm working on that right now.
This idea of sending a cc123 when the sync goes OFF seems logical, but I think that there's no need to send it continuously (repeated), once would be enough...

sorry , i've replicate your patch with an other vsti , insert it in sequencer and no problem here...
Thanks for help, Yan, why to be sorry?
No Vista here for the moment, but XP pro. No matter I think.
One difference is that I first inserted the patch in the sequencer, since it's a midi file, and then change the patching.
Doing your way (not in sequencer for patching), I just noticed a detail: the Piano Roll sends this cc123 only when Sync is OFF. Seems to be necessary to prevent hanging notes when switching Sync OFF.
Any idea to bypass this inconvenient?

(for a midi newbie like me...)
Ah-ah-ah! what are we if you're a newbie?

Default patch (almost...) with upstream midi mixing:
Image
Downstream midi mixing:

Since the 'seq midi' sends a cc123 continuously, the VSTi cannot be played via the Midi In... except very strange percussions!
My question is: how to make it work this way? (or stop this cc123)
I hope I'm less confuse...
Thanks!
V

It sends continuously a CC123 that cannot be filtered by a 'midi filter' set to 'ON/OFF/BEND' but by at least three 'midi filter' respectively set to 'NOTE ON', 'NOTE OFF' and 'PITCH BEND' (plus eventualy a CONTROL CHANGE, plus...).
Do all the MIDI mixes have to be upstream from the 'seq multi' ?
Thanks!
