the "Play as long is pressed" example worked gr8 but I couldn't make any sound from "Play only on Note num" example, what am I missing?

1. How do I trigger a sample in the Sampler that would continue to play for as long as I`m pressing the key, not as one shot

2. How can I assign just one key (middle C for example) that would trigger a sample in the Sampler and ignore all other keys
