Re: BCR 2000
Ok, it stopped working again. And now I know for sure that it's caused by renaming the midi device cause after deleting it in Usines midi device window und restarting Usine, Usine added the device auromatically to the Usines midi device window with it's full name and it worked again. But it doesn't ...

Learn / Assignment / Remote - Strategies
Hi, patching friends, I'm searching for the right strategy to remote control my racks, workspaces, patches. something like "felxible as possible". How do you do it? How to keep track of your Midi learns to avoid doubles? I recognized that there is a LEARNS window but there is no info from which devi...

Re: BCR 2000
Ok, patching friends, I tested it. After deleting all Midi Devices in Usine and recreating them, the "motorized" feature worked with the BCR over the iConnectMIDI4+ Midi interface. The interface provides basically in & out ports, that are recognized by OS X like every other midi device. This should ...

Re: BCR 2000
It's a Midi Interface from iConnectivity called iConnectMIDI4+ You connect your Midi Devices to it's ports and it sends and receives midi. I don't know, but i doesn't seem to be the problem. Actually I use the BCR2000 in this case only for a test, cause it matches the topic titel, originally I tried...

Re: BCR 2000

Re: BCR 2000
OS X Mojave and I dowloaded the latest version of Usine right now.
I couldn't test it yet, cause all my settings and plugin scans are with the old version 4.1.200428.
Do I seriously have to set up everything and scan all plugins again or is there a way to import the old settings?

Re: Musical Divisions to Milliseconds .. to Knob?
My friends, first, thanks for your help. You feel like my Usine Mommies. So happy Mothers Day. The (Tempo to Delay) and the (Clock) modules have quite simular "synchro" options: interval cycle bar beat 8th triplet ( triplet of what?) 16th 24th 32th 48th 64th 128th For dotted notes both have an...

Musical Divisions to Milliseconds .. to Knob?
Hi patching friends, I'm trying to solve a common task. The topic titel says it all. If the BPM is (x) what duration has for example a 4th or 8th triplet Note in MS? I made a patch that works so far. I use the (Master Sync) module to get the bar duration. Then I made a Excel spreadsheet to calculate...

Re: Routing Data Flow
I know what you mean, but since I learned some Lua sripting in UVIs Falcon I gotta admit that scripting kicks.
After a while you organize the code snippits with keyboard shortcuts and it feels like dragging a module from the Usine browser.

Re: Routing Data Flow
Yeah, I got you. I needs time to get used to everything. Since I patched with different software, I can say, that the most simple basic stuff has a lack of example tutorials. Look here in Logics Environment the Transformer tool. You do all the math shit inside one window : https://c.gmx.net/@3277426...

Re: Routing Data Flow
Routing Data Flow.pat Something like this ? Man, thanks. That's perfect and it's beautiful how you patched it using CounterMS and Dispatch. Problem is I don't have a clue what half of the Modules do or how you can use them even if I read about them in the manual. Thanks very much. p.s.: You/ Usine ...

Routing Data Flow
Hi patching friends, I'm currently looking at the scripting options and I'm not very successful. What I'm trying to achive is a simple math script.I would like to set a condition. For example A>B: If the condition is true send incoming data to Output A. If the condition is false send incoming data i...

Remote saving new preset?
Hi patching friends, I created a nice recording channel strip in Usine with some vocal manipulation plugins and now i want to make an iPad Interface for it. First thing, i can't find an answer for how to remote control the (new) button for a preset. The idea is I work with the iPad, do some settings...

Ok, thanks. Cause with the (Input A of Logical = / A=0, B=1, null flow if false = enabled) the trace window shows everything "correctly".

Re: Multistate Button in Usine?
Hello, you can use the "null flow if Off" feature of a button ? Hi nay-seven, this is close but the button can only be triggered once. Check it for yourself. Connect a Button to a "System Trace Value" Module. Enable in the module settings of the Button "null flow if OFF". Press the button > Trace w...

Re: Multistate Button in Usine?
Hello, You make a mistake. In Usine, a "button" is a trigger, and a "switch" has two states, 0 or 1. To transform a switch in a trigger, use the "from 0 to 1" or "from 1 to 0" module. To have your multistate switch it is simplier to just use the group function of the switch (have a look in the manu...

Re: Multistate Button in Usine?
Thanks.
How do I realize a button that triggers only one value like a "reset" for example?
And is there a way to monitor the data in the patch? I used to patch in Logics environment and there you could create some monitors and connect them to the output of objects.
That was pretty useful and clear.
