Re: Make HH as a VSTi with a twist
If I may and it help, in some scenarios, I'm using rearoute (or VB-Cable, or any similar solutions) between reaper and usine, providing me tons of channels, would enable easily to have usine patch as vst insert or as vsti, also loopmidi as a virtual midi loopback might be usefull to send daw automat...

Re: Has the website been tested with Firefox?
The forum is powered by PHPBB, which is the most common forum engine. I'm not sure we'll spend too much time to track an solve this error. The string "resource-less"/minimal/core is probably considered as a special resources path? I totally understand, I had the free time to do a quick google searc...

Re: Has the website been tested with Firefox?
I would say, there's maybe an issue tho, I tried posting the following answer all evening: https://pastebin.com/mHHuLk16 I cleared browser cached data, ipflushdns, tried multiple browser (even installed another one after asking help on the discord, thanks to x.iso btw 8) ), checked system and browse...

Re: Resource-less packaging of hh5
Thank you for taking the time to answer my question as well as woodlanding request, and explaining in detais why it might not happen, the case I was thinking about was more "everything's wiped 20min before the show and I have to rebuild my env from github over telephone line-ish bandwidth" than upda...

Resource-less packaging of hh5
Hi, Bravo for the HH5 release! I have scripts that take care of an environment for a project I'm working on. One of the step before starting usine is checking for update and downloading/upgrading if required. I'm using the software in kind of a "core" way, I don't rely on third party modules and don...

Re: Config backup
Thank you Sylvain ! I haven't yet digged into the scripting side of hh4 but I sure will in the future. In the end, I'll never have to migrate from one version to another in a context where I don't have time or pressure that would led me to mistakes, so I'll continue to migrate through the ui. Rstori...

Re: Config backup
The simpliest way is to regularly backup the version of Usine you're working on with the project. Trash could be deleted, audiopeaks also (but it's not a big deal). Don't forget to save your devices also. Make an export of your session with media files (audio, video...) ans it's done. Usine is full...

Config backup
Hi, I have a script that handle all my dependencies, updates, etc... and should be able to fully setup an environment from scratch (usine, but also few others software). I would like to backup usine config on my side and be able to re-import it on a "clean install". If I backup /usine/config folder,...

Re: Multiple patches in rack organizing horizontally instead of vertically
Hi, I tried to reorganize them in "fixed" position, but it would reset on usine restart :/ I tried now with the 200707 release, and still resetting placement on reload (with auto-reorganize off and auto resize on). Thank you for the info about the future release, I'll keep using my workaround as it'...

Multiple patches in rack organizing horizontally instead of vertically
Hi, I migrated few days ago from 4.1.200423 to 4.1.200619. When I open my workspace since, patches are organized horizontally, instead of vertically, as before. I made a hotfix by creating a patch that cycle through each rack and trigger rack output to show, with the "always at bottom" box active, t...
