amiga: i participated in the developement of spectrumworx by delaydot :) also i betatested for Darrels DtBlkFx. you can find in it several modules designed by me. one is called "waka's spectral splitter" if i remember correctly :) ( my nickname is waka x ) and no - fft fx are not realtime :) still h...

amiga: i dont need a timestretcher.
i use timestretchers from Reaper.
quite a lot of algorytms and fast / great sounding.
i just wanted this Paul Stretcher as FSU device

yep but dbluestretch is not really a stretcher .... is more like a stutter with offset to me.
thats why is realtime. like old overused jungle stretch from akai samplers

pauls stretch is NOT an accurate stretcher. it really kills the attack on drums and percussive material. but is amazing tool for blurring and extreme timestretching with good results. sort of ambientizer / lush-elizer. Can't be made realtime. I mean - it can't process the audio input without latency...

amiga909: i dont sample :) everything you hear is composed. or recorded by me.( using a zoom h4 ) i'm just influenced - i guess - because i'm a hardcore cinephile and i have my head all the time in my movies. and others :) nah - no amiga nowdays - just pc + gears ... amiga is big time outdated. too ...

most of electronica related ppl listen to drum and base ...
