You have a track input module (is it the right name?) that you can put anywhere, just specify wich track you want it to control, and then a input volume inlet, if I remember well. At this inlet you connect a switch with the two values (for on and off) that you want and that's it!

Hi !

I think this is really doable, the only thing that you'll have to worry about is the latency, but it can be really low with usine. You could even try with the free version to see how it works with only 2 ins and outs (if I remember well the limitation).
