I need to learn how to use the csound add on, It seems a very powerful tool.
And what about the synthesis pack? I am searching add ons that work with any frequency.

Hi, I want to work outside the equal-tempered scale. As my first experiment I want to work with a few pitches, for example 100 hz, 200 hz, 300 hz, 400 hz and 500 hz.
Could you recommend me some approaches?

Fourier's theorem states that any waveform in the time domain can be represented by the weighted sum of sines and cosines. The difference between a sine and a cosine is purely phase shift. So perhaps you can consider the amplitude to be the strength of each frequency bin and the phase to be its rel...

Thats a good idea
I think that a text file in the ZIP of the new Usine versions with upgrading instruction would be helpful, a lot of new users (like me) make this same questions.

Hi, today I was reading Usine´s Wikipedia description. It begins with "The purpose of this software is to change a sound as it is being played in a loop", and more things related to loops. Of course that Usine works with loops, but Usine can do a lot more things, Usine is more powerful than Reaktor!...

I know that Usine is very "free", but some insight about how "power users" use it will be very helpful.
How to use it live seems straightforward, but the workflow for "composing" an entire track iss less obvious.
