I've never messed with Sysex stuff. I really don't know anything about it. By the way, in case you're interested. I'm testing out Ehermidi 0.0.2 by Benno Senoner right now and it's actually more useful than Toybears Net2MIDI and MIDI 2NET because it has INs and OUTs all in the same interface. The la...

I've found that while OSC is nice, in most cases you still need to mess with converting the OSC to MIDI because MIDI is the only thing the software you're trying to control understands. When major DAWS start supporting OSC then network MIDI won't be needed as much. I was messing with TouchOSC this s...

is it reliable for live ? and latency ? I wouldn't know because I've only tested it out to see if it works. You'd have to use it for a while to see if it's the right tool for you. I plugged my AKAI LPD8 into a laptop and sent notes and CCs to my desktop over WiFi and it seemed to react just as fast...

Is there anywhere with a good collection of Usine tutorial videos? I've found some great PureData videos that helped me allot for example on Youtube but there isn't much on Usine.

I've sent MIDI over my network using Toybear's Net2MIDI and MIDI2Net. It's free too.

After posting my last message I tried some more and I did end up using "from 1 to 0" and "from 0 to 1". http://img545.imageshack.us/img545/7498/2buttonssendingmidinote.jpg This seems to work fine as long as both "create midi" connected to a button are set to the same note. It still seems to me that ...

Hmmm... If I make a second button it doesn't so anything and I have it setup exactly the same way. I'm guessing there's a better way of making buttons that send MIDI notes but I just haven't figured it out yet. LATER... I just checked and it looks like these buttons just keep endlessly sending out m...

If I connect the mouse dwn of a Button to the create of a Create midi I can plug it into the midi in of a VST and a note plays.
The problem is that the note turns OFF when I press the button and ON when I let go.

How do I get it it do the opposite?

If you click on the little white square next to the word BUTTON you will get all the extra options. Hi, thanx! when I look through the modiules RReference, there is no 'spring loaded button'. Is this an option of "button", where can I select the type of button? Or where can I find it? Regards Marc
