+1 on the Acer T232HL. I've had mine since last fall, and have been very happy with it. Touch response is very accurate and very quick, much like a tablet/smartphone response, as compared to older touch monitors that were maybe not so much. E.g., I can type at 80wpm on the on-screen keyboard on mine...
