I love having the button increment/decrement steps on the faders/knobs, but wouldn't be useful to define the step size of the fader? I've been using some different UI designers.

One of the things I think I miss when I am using Usine is Ctrl-Click-Hold-Drag to duplicate the object.

Say if C1 through D2 was used and loaded....An array or comma of the notes might be useful.
This way you could somehow parse and use for auto-assignment of MIDI Notes on other devices, such as sequencers, etc..

Hello!

So I have the fix for this. I reported it the other day, but the solution.
Under settings set full-screen on start-up.
If you restart Usine....

The Full-Screen Toggle now works!

Looks like all you have to do is...do this once and it works regardless if you startup in full-screen anymore

I find myself doing subpatches and almost always have to put a pass if changed on the In/Out.
I think it would be beneficial for the inputs/outputs to have a checkbox and internal pass if changed.

In the future I think this should be added as an internal option to many modules.

I've found that my Fullscreen will never come back out of Fullscreen.
When this happens the color palette stops coming up to.

Anyone with x64 ever notice this? At the moment Senso cannot reproduce.

OMG I love the Arrow Keys and finer Scroll Wheel.
Some other ideas.

You now can use the arrow keys to move. Well what if you held Shift- and pressed Up/Down to inc/dec the height. The Left/Right would do the width!

Yeah the IP Player was introduced, I too was asking senso about the need for an IP Output. Unfortunately it was only a stream input to Usine.

I think this is more a bug than a suggestion... I would think that the parameters of a VST should be fixed and internally never be forced to change size. It seems when I go to the EYE design tab I am getting an E032 -DESIGN error.
When this happens all the TouchFader Modules Settings Tabs are not available anymore.
Unfortunately reloading the work space does not correct. Only a full Usine reset will correct this.

Yes some are newer files created on a different system, so that is an interesting theory,
However, I can open all of them, I am unable to duplicate.
Maybe the FLAC conversion is messed up. Maybe try the installation/extraction again in a different folder and see if acts the same.

The files should be FLAC to begin with in the package, and when first opening HH3 they should convert to .wav
Are these .wav?

So if you do not recall ever seeing this process. You could delete your config file and force this process possibly again.

Your output MIDI Device does not default to wire SYSEX to the output.
Double-click the device either in the rack output or device menu. You will see the two red nodes and no wire.

Do you have an Audio Thru on Patch 3?
So PATCH2: VST Output....is placed on PATCH3: Input
You then need an Audio Thru in Patch3: to direct input to output.

Or if you add an effect/plugin it will patch it for you from input to output.

I think it would be awesome to implement ChromeCast to HollyHock.
This way Video Could be sent/Mirrored to an external TV or Projector for performance....
You could use for teaching material...
or you could work your projects on a bigger external setup.

Have you use the DAD VST Tool Addon yet that I made?
It has 8 knobs, and all parameters are exposed in list boxes and drag and drop to assignable knobs for CC Learn.

I was just curious if this was what you were looking for?

Hi drakh,

I haven't looked yet, but maybe if the workspace is already saved, a script could scan the workspace file for the midi learns and bring in the object it's assigned to?
I don't know or haven't seen where via IML you can tell this...I've always had to just parse the files for info.

You probably trained that first preset on the stomp box to trigger the MIDI Learn Mode. You can use Midi to access the different functions of Usine.
Right Click the MIDI Learn Button to bring up the settings panel and you should be able to see what is triggering it.
