[large]Usine 5.70 RC02[/large]
No changes except the installation package,
by default VST's packages are now installed in the same directory than the dll

Question: I notice the new VSTs are...inclusive (one large dll file) as opposed to a small dll and a folder structure. Is this just becuase it's an RC, or is this the new format? If this is the new standard, how can we transfer over our old patches?

As far as I know, this is the new standard.
Here you have the general installation instructions:
instructions
Notice, however, that updating will include additional steps (and care) to take.
One of them is the fact that (when updating) you have to replace the original dll with the new one (which implies renaming the new dll with the exact name of the old).
And of course, it is important, really important, making a backup of your original folder, in case of trouble!
Finally, you always should have your personal usine library OUT of the Usine folder structure, for easiness of migration.

There is no reason this pb happens only for you.
