Hello,

Ive been experimenting with Usine with my VST instruments. In the past I had ok results with V-Stack, however now that i have picked up a 17 inch touchscreen monitor its unworkable. The buttons for muting, soloing, and accessing all manner of program functions were very small and difficult to reliably use with the touchscreen. The VST instruments windows typically are not touchscreen friendly either.
Usines Interface Builder solves both the hosts and the VST instruments "tiny button" problem. At first it looked quit daunting creating my custom interface, but im learning and so far ive been able to create a most satisfactory interface for my 5 VSTi, the two Korg M1s, Peavey PC1600x.
This interface allows me to choose witch instrument plays on wich Korg M1, use sliders to control Volume and other important varibles that were impossible to reliably control otherwise. I have learned enough to realize the possibilities and the options seem limitless!

Thanks,
Skully

Yes usine is great as a vst host. I'm would love to trade some templates or see how folks set things up!
