didn't know how to call it so it will be the square:
Ive made a text tutorial inside the patch (open Interface builder)
basically it's a 16x cellz matrix that can be quickset for colors and captions, and booth can be stored to presets (thanks to Mr Bsork)
Hope it can be usefull to create various thingz.... For me it's a way to access many fonctions visually while keeping a correct nb of wires/cpu load as the cells remain the same, and having a control over color dynamically must have applications I hope.
ps: here it's as a square but you can reorganize cells the way you like horizontal/vertial row without affecting functionality, just the presets won't look the same, youll have to recreate some of your taste.
all presets names/texts are stored in two list box, right clic/ find in the pach..

edit: forgot to say it tut you should disable "assign text" before swiching/storing presets.

(in fact i'm workin' on my MLR/Molar like add-on...and the work is pretty huge lol)
Wow the sequencer mode! the sequencer mode remind me the Native maschine !( i wrote in same time i test it

hehe cool fractal, you tgriggered me the idea, my ideal is a color/caption monome on wich i could run your Mlr add on

it's a first step/test before 64, but will be far more brainstormy

edit: note actuallly the sequencer is just a visual example, it will work but will change if changing preset wich is not the expected behaviour, but I didn't want to make it too complex for first version, if you pach you'll need to make the toggle values go to sequencer only when the preset nb equal chosen value, this would allow to virtually have access 16 sequencers (but would need 16 seq modules, I ll try a bit later. tomorow work oops

Yeah !
Square is a massive Add-on for me too !
I try it with a synth in Sequenced mode : absolutely crazy ! hypnotic!
Now i have to make Square in symbiose with my add on (the party isn't win yet but i never surrender

)
I have to sleep too...but blink cells make me mad hahaah
Ps: Make a video, if i can i make it. and i spam create digital music for this

oops found a little bug when enabling "assign text" and clic all the cells might have their caption changed wich is boring. should be fixed now.
will post a new version soon. otherwise is it working ok, found bugs?

hi guys,
deleted old/reuploded new version 1.01
fixed litlle caption bugz, added new features for seq mode: a rolling line (thanks to roll module), customizable pointer trail/line wich allow new things, also customizable bg animation, presets have been updated to show abilities. there is 2 other modules preconfigured to send midi out messages and data to max 16 differents sequencers. a direct exemple with 2 synths only on preset 15 and 16. detailled a bit subpachs with text comments, but feel free to ask if needed.
next step is to optimize and think maybe a modular way to have several linked together, or a bigger one...

I just download the new one
i have just a little fear... when i load the .wpk the error message "don't find the circulararray.ccp(3)"... but i find the way to resolve the problem...just rename my circulararry module like yours...

Ps: i've find a way to install midiyoke on Win 7 !(i install it on a RC 32 bits Win 7 PC and he worked!) now i have to test if on my 64bits Win 7 this works...hope soo , like that i can use the visual feedback on 5X5 live beta.

ooops, didn't think about that, (I donloaded every versions of martignasse hehe) seems i d better rename my mofule and repost.
yes if you want feeback you ll need to take the live interface and not usine version, but from what i remember it was a still little buggy, some rare times clics would not pass, that was fixed but only in usine version. I hesitate now deleting the addon, rebuilding a new one from start that would be more optimized, (live5x5 was my first big patch and think it was not thinked as best as it could), or another way would be to adapt the square so it could be scrollable in Xand Y and could act as a same type trigger matrix, with feeback...(in fact i would more be on that solution, would allow more things with less cpu i hope like as example selecting a track and get instant access to 16 fx..), but will take a little amount of time .... anyway if you try 5x5 you need to enable "live mode" and midi yoke 1 and 2 in usine and live,
then usine send ie on midi yoke 1 (out) and live receive also midi yoke 1 (in), live send feedback on miditoke 2(out), and usine receive on midiyoke 2 (in). then if you press a new clip, the cell should change only when live has loaded the new clip.
I will try to offer a best solution soon..(I need, then stop , back to music

)
