SQuare v2.5____V5 reloaded

hi mates,here we go for a reloaded version of SQuare in V2.5 for usine V5.
(for those who didn't see previous version, what it can do some videos with shitty soundz just to test previous V2.2 and v2:

so brief summup:
It's a grid of 16 cellz. there are 32 pages. each page can have it's own colors/captions/modes/advanced midi out settings stored and recalled.
Each cell act as an XY and can store/recall XYZ value, in absolute or relative (recall previous value to avoid jumps).
on performance can choose to be in toggle or momentary action.
each page have also 16 local presets for "paterns" for XYZ values.
on a chosen page can have 16x synced automations running and looping, endless looper like.
tab Square/ableton mode for an ableton type trigger grid.

Im sorry, im not sure i will make a wiki yet because it would be a huge job and i plan to rebuild it all with matrix/V5 powered, on 8x4.actually it's the V4 readapted, and I feel lost in it and think many patching could be improved and would worth a complete rebuild, LiveOsc being my new live dedicaced patch, and square will more focus on midi/usine internal with extended features i got in mind, ie to use with usine samplerz. so i consider it as a "by waiting" reloaded patch i don't plan to maintenance that much..(still a bit if find bugz) but if i see it still performs good i ll try to mazke a wiki (with luky luke help ?

but no worries there is a help tutorial included, and i spent time so that each item have a hint (right clic to have a short description), and I will answer any Question some may have.

note: as my sequencers are quite complex (can set ie Y set velocity, X gate, or note ect..) they are a bit cpu hungry so I limited them to 8 on first 1-8 page if they are activated, i will have a look to find a better system for V3.matrix powered.

re edit: ive seen a litlle mess in automations due to the fact that roll module have been changed from percent to steps. (hehe i asked for that now i pay) that's a better behaviour, thanks a lot martin. but I have to correct that, will update later)

I need a little help

I'd like to understand how The Square, because once opened there is no sound.

My question is: The Square is it just a MIDI controller or can be put that to semple am mode
SQ or Live.

I have searched and I have not found a listbox or other places to put sound

yup normal it's just a midi controller.

I just found it particularly interesting to have two functions; one side the SQ mode with its bank of sounds and rhythm.
and second, LIVE mode, where you'll have his bank loop and melody.

without having to go through the machines outside.

yup, sorry if feel disapointed, i will have a look for your suggest.

in videos square was contolling some vst synth in usine, and also contolling ableton live via midi. To my mind it's more modular to have a controller one side that controls instruments otherside, because everybody don't have same wantings, some may want to use samplers, some other their favorite vst, some use a certain page to trigger specific fx, control a mixer/bus routing ect..
but it's true could be nice to have build in i will have a look for v3.

but yes Square can control any usine/vst/outside app via midi (or there is also a direct data,no midi, busses list i have to update, will repost), so you can make it trigger some samples of usine sampler, or use it's sequencer to command your favorite vst synth ect.i also fixed the automations. I will try to repost soon (during next week)with an example controlling usine sampler or vst/synth, but you can try to command a sampler/synth via midi.
(look at the midi options, clic a cell to edit it's parameters, for example activate Z so it will send a midi message you can choose when cliqing that cell (ie note on), another for next cell ect, but once youve set some settings, you need to press apply/store for them to work, then you will see some led activity blink).
