Hi
I'm interested by phase vocoder add on but i don't know how use that.
I'd like for exemple cut my signal in 6 band of frequencies (i play the guitar and i 'd like to get the signal of each string separatly).
Is it possible ?
Is it possible to make a filter with a very hard Q ?
is it possible to make a 31 band freq eq ?
is it possible to make a vocoder witch modulate the frequency of a instrument by the amplitude of another one ?
How could we do that ?
thank you
jof

maybe you can test with caco's filters
but about separate each strings...what's happen when you play a bass string on the low part of the neck ..?

i think it will be interpretated as another string

Hi,

don't forget the latency with fft modules and phasevocoder modules

sorry but it doesn't sound like a vocoder...

or get the free TAL vocorder vst.

Not the best vocorder ever, but a lot of fun.
