[Seqencer] - Continuous Loop Recorder

I just added an old test patch based on franck's idea. The related discussion can be followed here:

The idea is to add this patch when in sequencer mode, add loop markers. This patch will record every pass (loop) in between those markers into files. Route whatever you want to be recorded into these files.
