Hello everyone,
I am ready to upload an addon but i am confused about the process of editing and linking a wiki page. Is there a standard procedure to achieve this. I have never edited a wiki before and have no idea where to begin. Any advice is welcome. Thanks.

the first step is to create the page:
replace here my_addon by the name of your's and copy /paste in your browser
http://www.sensomusic.com/wiki/doku.php ... s:my_addon
you'll find :this page don't exist
use the create this page button

second step could be to go on existing addon page like this one :
http://www.sensomusic.com/wiki/doku.php ... ches:u-pad

use the edit button, copy paste what you 'll see and adapt it to your page

don't also hesitate to check :
http://www.sensomusic.com/wiki/doku.php?id=wiki:syntax
http://www.sensomusic.com/wiki/doku.php ... playground

and ask if any questions...

I will do this asap. Just doing some testing to make sure all is well. Is the uploader used to upload extra images? and is there a standard url or location on the wiki to access all the addons with a wiki page?

no, you have to use the add images and other files button in the wiki edit page

the standard url is the one i've give you, this way your addon will be with others patches :
http://www.sensomusic.com/wiki/doku.php ... es:patches

in, fact an other better way to find the good address is to name correctly your patch , then click on the ? inside and you'll be directly send to the wiki page ( important for others users )
sorry it's a bit confused..

i suppose I've to add a tips page for this..
