Hello dear usiners,

maybe some of you are using the usine vst version in Reaper.
I've been doing like in the manual
http://www.sensomusic.com/wiki/doku.php ... st_version
I Simply add 3 UsineVst plugins, one per track.

I got a midi item in reaper in my track 1

But I got this problem : this midi item is played throught track 1,2,3
instead of track one in usine (or reaper ?!)

anyone encounter rhe same problem ?

Yes, this a known issue in the Usine VST which hopefully will be fixed soon...?

Its a kind of weird !
cause if I play a "sample item" (.wav) instead of this "midi item"
the audio routing is all right

but ...

I got crackle and audio artefact
maybe an previous vst usine version is doing better ?!

hello
have you try to use only one instance of Usine vst and use several midi canal to route your tracks to usine...?
about crackles , i suppose you have test with different vst buffer size in usine..? ( setup /vst )

try also the last vst version..( 5.13 )

Hello N7 ;)

"have you try to use only one instance of Usine vst and use several midi canal to route your tracks to usine...?"

do you mean :

I only open a usine vst in my reaper track number one ?
then my "midi item" on "reaper track 2" will be routed to "usine track 2"

I tried but I didn't succed
I abled "map input to channel 2 in reaper on my track 2
but I aint got any "midi in" in usine ?

txs for the vst buffer :)
no crackle anymore now

here how i proceed :

in reaper , route all midi canal to 2 ( for track 2 ):

Image

In Usine , filter canal 1 , for track 1, canal 2 for track 2 and so..works fine
and don't forget to set your audio out in Usine tracks too

Txs for your help Nay 7
It works this way :)
I also learn a lot about midi routing with your answer

In another hand the volume control is now controlled by "usine" for each track
I lose the volume automation of reaper for each track

maybe a easier implementation of "usine vst" in reaper (or other DAW)
would be nice for midi item (especially for newbies) like for audio (as in the manual)
