Hi everybody !

I thought I'd share this synth, it is inspired by the synthayan (wich is not in the synthesis pack 2 if I'm not mistaken, and it's too bad !).
It has two 4 voices oscilators with an octave difference between them, then a filter, a distorsion, a granulator and a delay.
The main idea is that it has 3 lines, 3 steps, 8 LFOs and an XY with two balls and everyone of those "parameters movers" can be asigned to vol, pan, A/D/S/R, and FXs parameters, using knobs to give variable "weight" to the asignation.
I think it is absolutly not clear when I explain it, but if you try it will be a lot clearer !
here two photos : the synth and the routing matrices

and the patch is here :

Sintana

If anyone take the time to play with it I'd be happy with any kind of comment etc !

And once more thanks to sensomusic and Nay seven !

Quick test , seems really cool
some little things :
use auto resize option for the main panel and for the main matrix one
why only one common choice for the oscillators waveform..? as the place is empty..:)
and man, this...is crazy :

( will save this as sub patch for sure ) but any chance to use the poly function for this..?
Anyway, Thanks to share this huge work !

Hi!
Thanks for the comments!
For the waveform options, yes actually I was thinking more options could be good, but I don't have any idea right now. Something with the possibility to mix between two waveforms maybe, more than just adding them?
And yes this subpatch is crazy, it took me quite a while ! But I tried with polyphony and the problem was that when the others knobs where created by the "apply poly" they ended up far far far away at the botom of the control panel (actually could it be possible to have a scroller for that kind of situations?) and I would have had to move them one by one (and they are 16*18....) so........
For the moment the functionment is that values sended by the lines/steps/LFOs are added and then the result is divided by the number of knobs "opened". I'd like to change it to an other way: that the lines/steps/LFOs values only modulate the "fader value" of the parameters, like a kind of envelope. Has anyone any suggestion/idea ?

Oh and the ADSR subpatch that is inside the OSC patches is quite useful, maybe there was a way to use the ADSR subpatch that is in the library, but I never found out how make it "stop while the note is still on" and wait for the note off to start the release.

Mat => Usine is my first modular and the only software I use (besides DAWs), GO USINE !!!!!

Stupid question : when this patch is over and working properly, should I make it an add-on ?

Thanks everybody !

Here is the V1.2 :

sintana V1.2

The LFOs are now working, there is the possibility to ring modulate the two OSCs, and a crossfade between them too, if not using the ring modulator.
Each effect has a ON/OFF, to spare some CPU.

I think that in total it took me something like 10 hours, it's not that much.
I'm starting to look at "how make a wiki page" right now.

Thanks everybody who took the time to play with it !

Well making a wiki page is a lot more painfull than patching, isn't it ?
I give up trying to make it look not so bad.

I've add some standard titles and link to help you for this page.
But could be cool to add this as an add-on and create a new thread in the add-on section
( off topic : can you check your mail please , about your school )

Ah thanks for that ! I tried my best with stuf like \ and ** and nothing. I might be code handicaped.
There it is as an add-on, I'll create the add-on topic.
(off topic, thanks, I actually answered you about the second mail, maybe this time you didn't got it ?)
