Currently, no
But once activated, you don't need to activate again when there's an update
use the import settings button and your license will be recognized

I would personally really appreciate some kind of off line activation option, since the server I use for production is strictly off line at all times, and I know this is still pretty standard practice in studios. As it stands now, it looks like I won't actually be able to use the upgrade I just purchased on anything but the older laptop I use for web browsing.

Unless I am misunderstanding and it is possible to activate on one machine and then transfer the installation to a different machine.

EDIT: Ok, I tried activating on my laptop and then copying it on to a thumb drive and running it on my off-line DAW and it does seem to still be active, but even before I activated it I never saw any kind of nag screen or indication that it was in demo mode so it's hard to tell. It is looking like it's fully portable once activated, and once activated it can be used on other machines without reactivating on each new machine, correct?

yes, you can copy the activated folder on an other machine and use the import settings button for updates.

Ah, great, thanks for clarifying that. I knew you could use import settings to update an install on the same machine, but I thought activation was tied to that specific machine. Perfect! Already really happy with the changes since version 1, timeline is great!
