hi, is it so that there is no way to have the sampler loop between start and end pos when sync mode is set to "midi only"?

best regards

Create :
a midi filter connected to your midi input
then add a "create midi " module connected like this:
code 1 and code 2 from the midi filter connected to code 1 and code 2 of the "create midi" module.
Then connected the "stop play" from sampler to " create"s pin of the "create midi" module
Link your midi input and the midi output pin ( create midi module ) to your sampler midi in.
Be careful, it will be Monophonic. I don't know how to do for polyphonic.

I know that I have to implement a loop position + cross fade as a normal sampler. But the problem is that the Usine sampler doesn't look like a normal sampler but is more designed for live situations!
It's not really a S1000 emulation...
You have to be patient; if you cant wait use a vst like Kontakt, etc.

Hi,

that's the thing, the Usine sampler - in all its simplicity - has features that I believe something like Kontakt doesn't. For what I'm doing I also need the rec, save random and next/prev inlets. ASFIK I couldn't do that with Kontakt (correct me if im wrong?)...
I think a couple of more core features and the Usine sampler will reign.

I'll be patient :)
Cheers,

I know, you can't do this kind of stuff with other sampler.
The next step is to implement key mapping and loop features.
