this is my last thing - have figured out alot about Usine and figured out how to add more buttons to the sample trigger by buttons batch and get the selector and the ab thing to work... now I need a button that will allow me to select through... I guess I will assign a letter which I have not done but looks easy... but I need it it to go through the samples... I know someone has asked this... hit and L launch a sample hit the L - next sample launches.... I have to get this done today. By the flexibility of those virtual inputs I understand now and like.

hi,

i'm not sure I understand exactly what you mean but:

you mean you have a sampler module with many samples loaded into the file list. then you want to have one button assigned to keystroke "L" which - when pressed - changes to the next sample and plays it?

if so:

create a Button and a Wait 1 module.
button > Sampler.next and also to
> Wait 1.in
Wait 1.out > Sampler.play

Right click the button: Key learn: "L"

That's it. Is this what you meant?

thats it - I am a newbie. Learning Learning...
I have done it and it goes through with the button but now just loops the one sample... anyway I will sit down and give yours a go as I am sure it will work. Thanks!

hi,

if it still loops, change the sync mode of the sampler from "loop" to "play button" - but you probably already figured that out.
good to hear that it works!
