compatibility with the last version

Something strange happens today.
I build a workshop in july (with hollyhock 2.0 079) and play with it. Today i start again to work on this project with the last version of Hollyhock (2.0 081). It doesn't work as expected !!

In this workshop there are some rack output send on other rack input (effect rack). Nothing complex, it is a simple send process in hollyhock. But it seems that even with the send gain in minimum level the sound play thru the effect rack. The send volume seems not work and the only way to stop effect is to deactivate the effect rack.

So i work with the previous version (2.0 079) and every thing is ok.

I didn't have time to test by deleting all send and build it again and tonight i am tired. But something seems not compatible between this two version. Or i made something wrong and i don't know what !

I had some backwards compatibility issues through 079 and the latest, Things I have made now I accidently ran in 078 and would not show up.
So far I haven't noted any forwards compatibility issues.

today i spend time to test. too much time but i find a solution !

I had completly uninstalled Usine.
I use the freeware AppCleaner to do that.
I install it again. Scan for plugin, adapt the config etc ...

Now it works with all my workspaces, old and news.

Maybe a config file issue. Seems over the updates there have been about 2 or 3 rough patches that needed the config redone for me.

When you update, do you just copy the new files over the old installation? I've had a couple of odd issues in the past doing that... Usine seems to like an all new install you copy your config etc into.

I made a new install each time and use the ''import old setup'' fonction in the global config. But it seems better if i don't import old setup ....

It seems not to be a version problem. Today i worked in the train without my sondcard. I use the core audio with the internal sound of the macbook pro. But when i opened the workspace with my sound card plug on, for the reharsal, the sound was horrible !!! Completly saturate ... i had to delete the default setting and it works well !!!

It seems happen each time i work with the internal audio system of the computer before work again with my sound card plug on (RME UCX) ...

If you can reproduce it, can you please fill a report bug , with your Usine logs (LogUsine.log files in both cases)
