erasing annoying shortcut ?

I have a problem with a project.
I would need the key "1/&" to activate/deactivate a particular patch.
But it seems that this key is already in charge of something as a shortcut (switching view towards another rack, I guess). Can I deactivate that shortcut (and how?) ?
