I agree, it is too quiet, but I am sure that some HH3 news would help create some buzz around here..

Here's to breaking the silence!
First post on the forum from rank Usine beginner. May I suggest an "introductions" subforum? It would be a nice place to write a first post and introduce ourselves...

I guess everyone is busy patching, but even so so, say something !
I'm working on a new sdk module, a looper.
it will have very special specs, as I'm very special :
- it will be possible to play and record at variable speed
- all the instances of this looper will be syncable...or not (restart of one will send a start of the others)
- no GUI as I never look at the screen while playing.
still I'm open to fresh ideas !
cheers !

This sounds like a great project! I currently use a continuous buffer style recorder patch that allows me to do DJ style mix transitions when changing songs, and this works great and all but there is definitely no tempo changing until after the new song has been fully mixed in or it becomes a trainwreck.
If your looper incorporated an adjustable length continuous buffer (ie: recording happens continuously and when recording is stopped,, playback begins immediately from the current loop position), and it were possible to change the song tempo without losing sync with the recorded loop, I would be one happy camper!. Ideally I would see a vinyl/tape style pitch up and down with tempo change so to not have grainy results, but optionally a pitch lock function would be nice too.
As far as I know nothing of this sort really exists in software outside of DJ-centric applications (ie: Serato, Traktor)

Effectively it is more than a year that HH3 has been leaked in some posts. I'm a little worried. I don't know why Nay didn't intervened yet. To my perspective there is some delay and few communications by the staff lately.
