Nasty bug with HH5.1 211124

Unread post by fdonato » 17 Dec 2021, 19:22

The image in the attachment shows what happens each time I try to launch the last HH5 version on my Windows 10 computer. No Audio interface recognized, either external or built-in. No OSC communication, touch screen not usable... And sometimes it leads to a total crash of the application, which freezes the PC.
The HH5.1 211012 version works perfectly on the same config, although I still experience limitations with the touch screen using XY pad (one axis freezes randomly and it is necessary to use the mouse to get back the touch function).
Does someone else experience similar problems ?

Thx

config : Asus laptop with Ryzen9 5900 HX 32Go RAM Windows10 Pro Build 19042.1415

Are you aware that this kind of message is totally useless for the brainmodular team ?
Be sure that it's only a matter of your config or probably a bad setup import or a corrupted file.
Please restart with a fresh unzip of the package.

A fresh unzip solved the pb, sorry for bothering, but sometimes the simplest solutions don't pop up easily in mind. Thanks again.
