melodic movement

hi guys (and girls?)!!!!
still a newbie to make patches, but less to use them,time is too short...and me too lazy...
i wonder if there is a tool to record x samples,save them ,and to play each one y time (y could be different from one sample to another) in the order you want...up to build a melodic movement(and to change it alive)...all that in one sampler...????

I've built my own :
8 samplers recording 8 samples and playing them at different synchro speed (beat, 1/8th, etc...)
I know that it's a good candidate for an add-on!
I need time to clean a little bit the patch and make a small help file.
