Ok, I created a workspace with 3 tracks, with a patch for every track; then I put a MixerOut module on every track, with a Vertical Fader controlling the volume ( I did this in order to be able to put a fader for each track in the Interface Builder);
then I renamed every fader V1, V2, V3, and I clicked on the "R" inside the square to access the Midi and Key learn window for every patch; I assigned some Keys to the faders, as this:

V1 : Q-A
V2 : W-S
V3 : E-D
(the first key raise the fader, the second key put it down)

Then I try to move the faders with the keys I've assigned, and only the third fader works, the first and second don't move; so I click on the "R" inside the square again, and now it happens something very strange: if I click on the "R" for the FIRST track, it opens up the Midi and Key learn windows of the THIRD track, the same happens if I click on the "R" of the second track, and the same (obviously) happens on the third track ! So, basically, I can access only the Midi and Key learn window of the third track, no matter which "R" I click on.

any others having the same problem?

Confirmed here with 4.11b, but I also found out that the "R" in the grid shows the remote window for the last selection done from the interface panel at the left when inside patch editing.

and only the third fader works, the first and second don't move
did you de-activate the "setup / interface / key-learn mode / only if track is selected"?

about the 'R' strange behavior , I confirm it's a bug. and fixed now.
until the next release, to avoid this bug proceed as follow:
press R of the first track; make your stuff; press again to hide;
press R of the second track; make your stuff; press again to hide;
so on.

If I resume after a R click, re-click on the same R again to hide the current window before click on the R of the next track.
I hope I'm clear....

Ok I tried this option and now it works, but...
I added a Master Volume fader on the first track, and then, on the Remote Window, I assigned the UP-DOWN (arrow up and down) keys to it, but nothing moves...If I use the Key Learn button, it works fine, but of course I can assign only one button , and I need both UP and DOWN...

Also, I have a question: when controlling the Volume Faders with the keys, I noticed that with every press the Fader goes up/down about 5dB every time, but I'd like to have some finer control ...so there's a way to specify the amount of control for every single key press? Also, it would be nice to have a control move while the key is pressed (as now, every move needs a key hit). Don't know if this is already availble on Usine, otherwise consider that as a feature request ;-))
thanks

Not exactly what you're asking for I guess, but there are two add-ons that might be helpful for you:
http://www.sensomusic.com/download.php? ... aderV3.pat
and

The separator '-' for increase or decrease works only for single ASCII characters, so it normal if it doesn't work. Use 'normal char' : from 'AB ...Z01...9'.
also the UP-DOWN keys are used by usine to navigate into the grid. You may have conflicts.

If you want absolutely UP & DOWN follow the Bsork recommendation and create a small patch to control the main volume.

Yes 5 db is too much.
in the next version the step values will be proportional to the key stroke speed. The more you are speed greater steps are. You will be able to adjust very precisely the faders values.
