there is no best way in Usine cause there's always several ways...
depending how you use the sample module ..
if you use the sync mode "button" just link the 2 "play" inlet to the same button ( directly or via bus )
if you use other method like "cycle" , "bar " and so , nothing to do ( except choose the same for the 2 ) cause they will be synchro...

Hi
i don't want to use the main syncro.
Are you sure that when you connect a play button to two sampler they start exactely at the same time ?
If i load the same sample in
the samplers are they strictly phase align whith this methode ?

why not..?
if you play the 2 same sample with the same button , why do you expect to have any time delay...?

interesting project.
as i get u, u want to do a vintage-style flanger alike 2 synchronous tape decks in earlier days?
was right away inspired to try a flanger effect myself.
chose 2 modulated delays (still mono effect). if inspiring for u, see here

thanks amiga for your answer and your exemple. Sound great !
to nay seven: it could be possible to have time jitter when you connect one play buton to two sampler. Is the order arrive stricly at the same time to both samplers ?

jitter (= changing latency intervals) is a problem for correct sync in my experience - but only if u sync computers with hardware which have stable latency times. and of course for the user convenience it can be troublesome - for example when cpu is on the limit, or a background process kicks in and the control gestures have a longer latency than before. still, internally, everything is in sample-accurate sync!
if u suspect a problem, u could also try to connect the 'pos' outlet of the first sampler to the 'pos' inlet of the second sampler.
As long as the button is directly connected to both samplers and the various playback parameters are the same, you should get the same result from both samplers, only resulting in a volume increase. (Is that 3 or 6 dB? I always forget...) You could of course use the delay module between the button and one of the starts (I suppose a Smoother would do the trick as well), but a more efficient solution is using delay on the output like Amiga does. You could try modulating num samples instead of delay for finer control.
However, the idea of using two (or more?) samplers gives some extra sonic options if you for instance modulate the pitch parameter differently, possibly with different start positions. It might be worth a try to exploit using two grain samplers as well, modulating pitch and speed independently.

so i suppose you have to wait for senso to precise this...
but the good thing is that , as often , problems / questions give ideas to others...
