do you have the same problem has me ? when i'm reading large wave files up to 15 s it appear some time brif little clic...

even if i change the parameter in the sampler (len file or memory) and in disk access

Normaly you shouldn't have any audio clicks during the playing of any samples, especially when they are loaded in memory.
It they aren't loaded in memory ('file' option) you can adjust the reading buffer length in the setup/asio panel to find the best settings for your system.

But sometime, when you load a new sample while you are playing clicks can occur only during the loading time, depending on the speed of your computer.
