Hi,
I'm The CoreStylerz and i develop plugins (VSTi in particular) using Synthmaker.
I'm really happy to see in Usine a new development environment, that seems cool AFAIK.
My questions before purchasing the pro versions have all the same subject: VST selling or sharing.
With usine (pro) is possible to Sell VSTi plugins?
And about support of VSTi from usine, are there really compatible with many DAWs?

I've read some, and i see that usine will be also multi-platform (mac) and x64 has to come. That's great, because Synthamaker seems dead about that.

I've looked at free version, but is too limited for mine testings. I will see how usine and what usine have/works with custom patches, osc, wave files, UI and VST/VSTi CPU consumption. (this does not mean "give me a pro for free:) )

Tanks.

Thumbs up for your project.

Be aware that the vst export in usine is not designed to create commercial vst's, but more to share your work.
It can't replace a product like syntmaker.
Actually the Stage version is only 19€, which is not a huge invest to try usine deeper?

Tanks. i looked Homing Pad. Is really impressive what is possible to do with Usine. :)
The instrument is really cool, CPU usage is good, the UI is good as enough.

I understand that Usine is not for making VST plugins, and also because the plugin is wrapped in the usine core. (is that the reason of the so big dll?).
But, seems really a good program and can be (if you devs take care about making it also for..) a real programming environment.
Another good thing is that is possible to add module via SDK. This mean no particular restrictions of core modules and the possibility of extend the dev.

So by license is possible to sell exported plugins or not?

And what is requirement for Students discount?
im a student at University (milano).
