Hidden String: Memory

I was starting to run into problems with Kontakt instruments, within Usine, at around when Usine is using 4Gig. I triggered the 'Memory' command and it just keeps rising and rising, higher than the total available memory. Is there a 'stop allocating' command? Any more information on this string?

Anyhoo, not sure if I'm doing something differently now but after killing process I now have over 10Gig loaded into memory, spread over 6 instances. Workspace reloads fine too.
