Elements in IB don't stay in place

Why elements, in this case entire patches (not all of them) don't stay in the place they're located in IB?. USINE STAGE 5.80

check in the edit layout window that re-organize=none...?

Thanks for repplying. I already checked that and it is set to NONE. One curious thing is that the patches and elements that don't stay in place were built with USINE v5.20. When I opened them with this version everything is fine but in STAGE v5.80 they loose their placement, sometimes in a random way.
