Controlling Abelton live with Usine Hollyhock

Hi anyone remember this patch by 23fx23 ?

Seems to have been created for usine 5.* to control Ableton Live

I'm getting a version of Ableton Lite and am wondering

a) Where can I download this patch? (can't find it on the new website)

b) anyone using this patch with the latest version of Hollyhock and Ableton?

c) Anyone got any other suggestion about controlling Ableton from Hollyhock?
