Hi all,

Is there a standard procedure for updating the Mac version?
I ask because every time I download and install an update I need to re-activate my licence and rescan my plugins.
Is it not possible for Hollyhock to save details to one of the Library/Application Support directories so that further updates don't require this?
Or am I doing it wrong? :/

Update

I know this is what I do on windows, I believe should be the same to import your settings. I try not to overwrite installations anymore, I used to have issues with doing so, and since Senso added the update...it has been wonderful.

Hello,

Really simple, just unzip the file, launch Hollyhock, open setup, clip on import old setup, choose the last version of Hollyhock used, wait 20sec, restart Hollyhock
It's done.

The Mac versions are a single app - not a folder.
Do I select an older Mac App?

yes, as specified on the manual:

To update your settings from a previous version, open the Setup panel/Global tab and Click on import settings,
choose the path to the previous version location folder (PC) or the precedent .app file (Mac).
When asked, restart Usine.
