Hello,
I tried to open my workspace created in 32 bits from the 64 bits version.
I see that, even if I changed the Vst directory and directed Usine to the 64 one, where all plugins have the same names as the 32 bits, it isn't able to replace them as I expected.
Same happens for the in/out physical configuration.
Thank you for clearing things up.
My best,
Luca

i made a quick test with some freeware, FreeAlpha and ValhallaFreqEcho,
works here
you're using 084a version ?
Someone else can reproduce this ?
Remember you can simply drag and drop the plugins over the old one to replace if needed

Ok, here it goes.
Plugins load fine.
Inputs and outputs are causing a mess.
Is it true that audio and midi setup saved on 32 bits are not "translated" to 64 bits ?
On my system it looks like this, actually it is like if the workspace tries to load devices but it is not able to assign them as it was done on the 32 bits version.

Can you please precise the devices you're using ?
Have you activated them in the global setup.Audio or MIDI tabs?
Are they basic in/outs of your soundcards or personalized devices ?

Once I've replicated the setup using the same exact syntax ( capital sensitive) of the devices everything runs fine.
The thing to know is that it looks like the setup is not saved into the workspace so, if you have saved a 32 bit workspace and load it into 64 bit without having previously prepared a 64 bits setup which is exactly identical to the 32 bits the thing is full or "red" devices.
